Brow lifts are usually performed under general anesthesia as an outpatient. Dr. Leigh utilizes the most appropriate technique to achieve the goals of a functional brow and eyelid combination with a rested and awake appearance. These techniques may include use of the surgical endoscope, or alternative incisions, based on the patient's hairline, forehead height, and surgical goals.

Brow lifts may be performed alone or along with other procedures such as facelift or eyelid surgery. Most patients are back to work within 1-2 weeks; however strenuous exertion should be avoided for 3-4 weeks.
